Welcome to my landscape drawings. I love to be anywhere and everywhere outdoors and I love to capture those moments through landscape drawings. There is so much beauty in landscapes but I have come to realize there is also so much history. Landscapes are the walls that cannot talk. They are our comfort, they welcome our daydreams and they give us so much peace. They whistle in our ears, chatter above our heads and cradle us in silence. Let’s work hard to preserve their beauty and history.
My art is meant to compel viewers to see beyond the surface, to embrace the unexpected details that evoke long-forgotten memories or newfound smiles. I strive to connect with both children and adults, evoking the wonder of a child's delight in colors and shapes, or an adult's nostalgic journey to cherished memories. The senior recalling a near encounter with a poisonous frog becomes a testament to the rich tapestry of life I aim to capture.
