I’m pleased to share my new digital oil painting, Uluru, measuring 20 by 20 inches. This piece captures a vivid nighttime scene centered on a large red rock formation set against a deep black sky. A full white moon hangs above, casting a gentle glow that contrasts with the rich reds of the rock. In the foreground, a blue tent glows softly from within, accompanied by the warm light of a nearby campfire. Through this contrast of color and light, I aimed to create a sense of peaceful solitude in nature. This artwork is part of a five-piece series exploring camping, a subject close to my heart despite never having camped myself. My hope is that these images will highlight the quiet beauty and calm I associate with being outdoors, helping me embrace the experience I’ve long dreamt of.
